Enquiries
When you submit the form, we receive your name, company or organisation, email address, any telephone number you provide, the service selected and your message. We use these details to respond, understand your requirements and discuss potential work. Please do not send medical information or other sensitive personal details through this form.
We process enquiries in our legitimate interests in responding to people who contact the business. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you personally, we may also process information for that purpose. We do not add you to marketing lists because you have made an enquiry.
How enquiries are delivered
Cloudflare hosts the website, processes form submissions and delivers enquiry notifications to our business email system. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for spam and automated abuse. Only authorised people handling the enquiry have access to it. We do not keep a separate website database of enquiry contents.
Retention
We retain enquiry correspondence while it is needed to respond to your request or discuss and provide agreed work. We review whether it is still needed when those purposes end and delete information that is no longer required, unless a legal requirement or a need to establish, exercise or defend legal claims requires us to retain it. Technical information and analytics
Cloudflare processes technical information, such as IP addresses, browser details and security logs, to deliver and protect the website and prevent abuse. Cloudflare Web Analytics is configured for this website to provide aggregated information about visits and website performance. It is not used for advertising. We do not send enquiry contents to analytics.
Our service providers may process information outside the UK, subject to the contractual safeguards applicable to their services. Further information about Cloudflare is available in its privacy policy.
Optional Google Analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited and whether the website enquiry form is completed successfully. Google Analytics may process the pages you visit, browser and device information, approximate location and an online identifier stored in first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_*. These cookies can persist for up to two years. We use this information to improve the website and understand which services are of interest.
Google Analytics is off by default. We only load it after you choose “Accept analytics” in the website banner. You can reject without affecting the site, and change your decision using “Analytics choices” in the footer. Withdrawing permission stops further GA4 tracking when the page reloads and removes Google Analytics cookies set on this site. It does not undo information already processed while you had permitted it.
If you have permitted analytics, a successful enquiry submission is counted as a generate_lead event. We do not send the enquiry text, your contact details or the submission reference to Google Analytics. We do not enable Google advertising personalisation through this integration.
Google may process analytics information in countries outside the UK. Google's handling of analytics information is described in its privacy policy. Contact us using the details above with any questions about the purposes or retention of our analytics data.
Theme preference and cookies
The light or dark display preference is stored locally in your browser and is not sent to us. The website does not use advertising cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies to measure visits. Optional Google Analytics cookies are set only if you accept analytics. We store your analytics choice locally in the browser so we can respect it on subsequent visits. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical signals for security and anti-spam checks.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your information, restrict processing, object to processing, or receive information in a portable format. Contact Marcus to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
